Boom, Bhuvi sends off stump cartwheeling backwards to finish off their bowling effort in supreme style. Coulter-Nile misses with his wild heave to bag himself a first ball duck, as Australia finish on 242/9.
A familiar tale for the tourists in this series so far, as their middle and lower order struggled to find the boundaries necessary to reach a par total. Although the surface is a touch slow, after the blistering start made by Finch (32) and Warner (53), the visitors will have wanted more than that. India kept things tight in the field, and the spinners in particular were parsimonious. Axar Patel was the pick with 3/38, bowling with impressive flight and guile. Back soon for the chase.

A commanding victory by the hosts has wrapped up this ODI series, India running out victors 4-1. Australia started brightly first up after winning the toss, but really lost their way in the middle overs against some accurate and wily spin bowling. Axar Patel really put the strangle on, picking up 3/38 in the process. That left the hosts to chase a below par total and they cruised for most of the innings, never looking in any real bother. Rohit Sharma completed a 14th career ODI century, blazing the ball to all parts of the ground with some scintillating strokeplay. Virat Kohli has an extremely talented side at his disposal, and they will look to carry this form into the T20Is starting soon. Australia will hope a change of fortune comes with the change of format.
